As LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), we aim to fulfill our disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law (the “Law”) with this Clarification Text. In this context, the matters we are obliged to inform you about are as follows:

1. Identity of the Data Controller and Its Representative, If Any

The data controller is LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, residing at Etiler Mahallesi, Dilhayat Sokak No: 24 34337 - Beşiktaş / Istanbul, Türkiye and registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 220846-5.

2. For Which Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed

Your personal data in the categories of identity information (name-surname, date of birth, gender, marital status), contact information (electronic mail address, address information, mobile phone), billing information, payment information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, marketing information, request and complaint information provided by you to our Company during the product purchase stage and/or account creation stage via www.lesbenjamins.com (the “Website”); are processed for the purposes of:

  • Delivering the product you purchased to you by the Company,

  • Fulfilling the requirements of the sales contract established between you and the Company,

  • Establishing a healthy and long-term interaction in customer relations,

  • Carrying out sales and after-sales support processes,

  • Contacting you regarding your order if necessary,

  • Completing your membership process if you become a member of the Website,

  • Following up on user requests and complaints and resolving future disputes and problems,

  • Detecting and preventing problems/errors within the scope of using our website;

  • Inspecting and auditing our business activities,

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations arising from the relevant legislation, especially the current consumer protection legislation, electronic commerce legislation, and commercial electronic message legislation,

  • Fulfilling our legal obligations if authorized institutions or organizations make requests from our Company or if we need to notify these institutions,

  • Storing these personal data by our Company in line with the statute of limitations arising from the legislation,

  • Sending e-mails with promotional, advertising, campaign, etc. content to you if you have explicit consent,

  • Establishing communication by using survey and similar liking/request/complaint detection methods to ensure user satisfaction.

Your personal data in categories such as browser used, IP address, internet connection, information about your site usage, and similar categories obtained through small text files (Cookies) transmitted to your hard drive by the web page server during your visit and use of our website; are processed for the purposes of:

  • Enabling the visit of our site and benefiting from its features,

  • Carrying information between pages on our site and eliminating the obligation to re-enter information,

  • Increasing performance by collecting information about the way you use our site if you give consent,

  • Remembering your choices on our site and thus providing convenience to you,

3. To Whom and For Which Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to the Company's business partners, 3rd party service providers from whom services are received, and authorized public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill the purposes specified in Article 2.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data obtained through electronic channels such as the website, call center, e-mail by fully automatic and partially automatic methods or through physical ways such as mail; are processed based on the legal reasons that it is clearly provided for in the laws (such as our legal obligations foreseen as a service provider in electronic commerce), it is necessary to process the personal data belonging to our customers who are parties to the contract due to being directly related to the establishment and performance of the distance sales contract, it is mandatory for the fulfillment of our legal obligations, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and explicit consent.

5. Your Rights Under the Law Regarding Your Personal Data are as Follows:

(a) Learning whether personal data is processed, (b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information regarding this, (c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, (d) Requesting rectification of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, (e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear, (f) Requesting notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, (g) Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, (h) Requesting compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can forward these rights to the Company in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP address: lbglobal@hs03.kep.tr), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or your electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in the Company's system (In this context, you can reach the Company via the destek@lesbenjamins.com e-mail address) or through a software or application developed for the purpose of application.
