DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is electronically signed between LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Seller”), located at Etiler Mahallesi Dilhayat Sokak No:24 Beşiktaş/İstanbul, and the person (“Buyer”) who purchases services/products through the website with the domain name iflycarpets.com.

The Parties acknowledge, declare, and undertake that they have read the entirety of this Agreement, understood its content in full, and approved all its provisions.

2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically via the website www.iflycarpets.com (“Site”), in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE

  • Product/Service Type: Product and/or service sales conducted by the Seller to the Buyer via the Site.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

The product shall be delivered to the Buyer or the designated person/entity within the period specified in the pre-information form, not exceeding the legal 30 (thirty) day limit. If fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer within 3 (three) days and refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Duration: Consumer Buyers have the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

  • Notification: Withdrawal must be notified in writing or via a permanent data storer.

  • Return Shipping: If the product is returned via the Seller's contracted carriers (Kolay Gelsin or Yurtiçi Kargo), the Buyer is not responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: The Seller shall refund all collected payments within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the withdrawal notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Buyer acknowledges that all intellectual property rights, including design techniques, patterns, drawings, and all elements of the products offered on the Site, belong exclusively to the Seller. No part of the products or information may be copied, distributed, or reproduced.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any complaints or objections may be submitted to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court (subject to the mandatory mediation requirement) in the place where the Buyer resides or where the transaction was conducted.

8. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement entered into force on the date it was approved online by the Buyer. A copy of the Agreement shall be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address and stored by the Seller for 3 (three) years.
