PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Pre-Information Form is subject to the sale and delivery of the product/service, the qualities and sales price of which are specified below, ordered through the website with the domain name iflycarpets.com belonging to LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Seller”), and aims to provide pre-information to the buyer (“Buyer”) who places the order within the framework of relevant regulations.

These details are provided for commercial purposes within the framework of the principles of good faith, in a manner that protects minors and adults lacking legal capacity or who are restricted.

BASIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SUBJECT PRODUCT OR SERVICE

The basic characteristics, sales price, delivery, and payment terms of the product subject to this Agreement are as follows:

The product(s) subject to the Agreement shall be delivered to the Buyer or the person/entity at the designated address within the period specified in the pre-information form, depending on the distance of the Buyer's delivery address, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days following the receipt of the order by the Seller.

The total product price is collected from the Buyer by the Seller.

  • Carrier Company Information: The carrier companies the Seller works with are Kolay Gelsin and Yurtiçi Kargo.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts:

  • Right of Withdrawal: The Consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

  • Commencement: This period starts from the day the contract is established for service contracts, and the day the goods are received for sales contracts.

  • Notification: It is sufficient to direct the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Seller in writing or via a permanent data storer within this period.

  • Refunds: The Seller shall refund all payments collected, including delivery costs (if any), within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the withdrawal notification. If the withdrawal occurs after delivery, the 14-day refund period starts from the date the product is delivered to the designated cargo companies.

  • Return Shipping: If the product is returned via the Seller's contracted cargo companies (Kolay Gelsin or Yurtiçi Kargo), the Buyer shall not be held responsible for the return costs.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs, products that can perish quickly, or products whose protective elements (packaging, seal, tape) have been opened and are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Buyers acting as consumers may submit their complaints and objections to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court (subject to the mandatory mediation requirement under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502) in the place where the Buyer resides or where the consumer transaction was conducted.

OTHER PROVISIONS

  • Payment Obligation: The Buyer acknowledges that confirming the order on the Site triggers an obligation to pay.

  • Contract Formation: The Sales Agreement is established between the parties upon the electronic confirmation of this Form and the Sales Agreement by the Buyer.

  • Impossibility of Performance: If fulfillment of the order becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 (three) days and refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days.

  • Privacy: The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the privacy rules via the Privacy Policy link.
