MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between:

SELLER: LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, residing at Etiler Mahallesi, Dilhayat Sokak No:24 Beşiktaş/Istanbul, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 220846-5. (referred to as the "Company").
MEMBER: The person who becomes a member of the website with the domain name https://www.google.com/url?sa=E&source=gmail&q=lesbenjamins.com (referred to as the "Website").

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use for the services offered by the Company on the Website and the rights and obligations of the parties. By becoming a member, the Member accepts that they have reached a full conviction that the transactions within the scope of the Agreement are in their own interest and that they will comply with all conditions with their own free will.

ARTICLE 3 – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the Website is accurate and that they will immediately compensate the Company for all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information.

3.2. The Member cannot transfer their membership to another person. If a nickname is used during membership, it cannot be contrary to the legislation and morality; it cannot contain insults, profanity, or words that damage personal rights.

3.3. While using the Website, the Member agrees, declares, and undertakes to comply with all legal regulations and not to violate them. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liability shall belong exclusively to the Member.

3.4. The Member shall not engage in activities that prevent or complicate others' use of the services (spam, viruses, trojan horses, etc.) and shall not engage in activities that threaten the security of the Website or software.

3.5. The Company may, at its own discretion, terminate the Member's membership or delete the Member's information without any justification.

ARTICLE 4 – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Member’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Clarification Text available on the Website.

ARTICLE 5 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All software, design, logo, and content on the Website belong to the Company. The Member may not use, copy, or distribute these intellectual property rights without written permission.

ARTICLE 6 – VALIDITY AND TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until the Member cancels their membership or the Company terminates the membership. The Company reserves the right to update the terms of this Agreement at any time.

ARTICLE 7 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the resolution of disputes arising from this Agreement, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
