CLARIFICATION TEXT ON COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

As LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”), we aim to fulfill our disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law (the “Law”) with this Clarification Text regarding Commercial Electronic Messages. In this context, the matters we are obliged to inform you about are as follows:

1. Identity of the Data Controller and Its Representative, If Any

The data controller is LB Global Tekstil Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, residing at Etiler Mahallesi, Dilhayat Sokak No: 24 Beşiktaş / Istanbul, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under registration number 220846-5.

2. For Which Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed

Your personal data in the categories of name-surname, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender, marital status, and city of residence provided by you to our Company are processed for the purposes of:

  • Carrying out advertising, campaign, and promotion processes,

  • Managing the marketing processes of products and services,

  • Conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction,

  • Sending electronic messages (calls, SMS, E-mail) with promotional, advertising, and campaign content to you, provided that your explicit consent is given,

  • Storing these data in line with the statute of limitations arising from the legislation.

3. To Whom and For Which Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data may be shared with our service providers for the purposes mentioned above. Your personal data may be transferred to companies residing abroad from which we receive services for the execution of marketing, advertising, and promotion activities, in accordance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data are collected through the forms on the Website or through your declarations during transactions in our stores, via automatic or non-automatic methods, based on the legal reasons that:

  • "Data processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the parties of the contract,"

  • "Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject,"

  • and your "Explicit Consent."

5. Your Rights Under the Law Regarding Your Personal Data are as Follows:

(a) Learning whether personal data is processed, (b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information regarding this, (c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, (ç) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, (d) Requesting rectification of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, (e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear, (f) Requesting notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, (g) Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, (ğ) Requesting compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
